Criteria and Steps to Apply:
Available to professionals from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which are registered as SME. To benefit from the discounted rate the company needs to be listed on the EMA SME site or alternatively we require a SME registration confirmation document with the validity date included.

Young Professionals
Registration Fee* € 1040
Criteria and Steps to Apply:
The Young Professional Registration Rate is exclusively available to individuals who have not previously attended a DIA Europe event.
Available for young professionals age less than 32 at the first day of conference (born on or later than 18 March 1993) and issue date of graduation (full time degree) on or later than 18 March 2020.

- Please send a scanned copy of the Registration Form, your photo ID, and a copy of your CV via email to Basel@DIAglobal.org.
Applications will not be considered without photographic ID (e.g. a copy of your passport, driving license) and a CV. You are welcome to disguise or redact other personal details of document, such as identification numbers. Any documents received will remain confidential and will not be used for any other purposes.

Students
Registration Fee* € 260
Criteria and Steps to Apply:
Undergraduate, graduate or PhD student, age less than 32 at the first day of the conference (born on or later than 12 March 1993) who can demonstrate:
- enrollment in a fulltime degree or certificate granting, academic programme in a recognized academic institution or
- individuals currently conducting a full-time internship at the time of registration and start of the meeting.

- Please send a scanned copy of the Registration Form, your photo ID, and proof of eligibility, together with your registration (i.e. letter of enrollment from the university and/or department/copy of your student card) via email to Basel@DIAglobal.org.

Patients and Patient Advocates
Registration Fee* € 350
This rate is available to patients, patient advocates, patient caregivers, and patient representatives. If you wish to attend DIA Europe 2025 as a Patient Advocate, please contact us at Basel@DIAglobal.org.

Group Rates
Register ten individuals from the same company and receive complimentary registration for an eleventh! All ten individuals must register and prepay at the same time – no exceptions. DIA will apply the value of the lowest applicable fee to this complimentary registration; it does NOT include fees for optional events or DIA membership.
You may substitute group participants of the same membership status at any time; however, administrative fees may be incurred.
Group registration is not available online and does not apply to the already-discounted fees for government or charitable nonprofit/academia. To take advantage of this offer once the Standard Fee has passed, please contact Basel@DIAglobal.org for details.
