The program is a free and convenient exhibitor resource designed to give you everything you need to promote your presence at DIA 2019 to all of your customers and prospects, while inviting them to register as your guest with exclusive discounts.
How Can I Use VIP Guest Invites to Share My Promo Codes?
As an exhibitor, you have a personalized pre-show marketing dashboard where you will find the following:
- Your exclusive promo codes which allow your customers and prospects to register with an attendee discount or a one day exhibit hall access badge
- Banner Graphics for your email signatures and website.
- Ready-To-Send HTML Email Invite download which you can send via whichever email broadcast service you use.
- Web Invite is a link that allows you to send customers to your online email invite with just one click.
- Social Media Tools for sharing your codes on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and more.
All tools already been customized to feature your company logo, booth number, and exclusive promo codes.

NEW for 2019! Exhibitor Talent Show
Are you looking for a fun way to attract attendees to your booth? Do you or one of your colleagues have a talent you'd like to share? DIA is looking for talented exhibitors to participate in our first exhibitor talent show!
Maybe you can play an instrument, perform spoken word, sing a song, do a dance, tell jokes (just make sure to keep it clean), or even perform a magical act that will make your colleague disappear!
Each exhibitor will have a 3-5 minute spot on either Tuesday or Wednesday during the coffee service that precedes the first session. A small stage and sound system will be available each day. It's free to participate, and you'll receive recognition (name, company, logo, talent) on the Talent Show Schedule which will be displayed throughout the week. Have a colleague post a video of your performance at the talent show on your Social Media accounts. Be creative! Maybe you can incorporate your company name, products, or services into your performance!
The talent show will be advertised in the DIA Global App and in the online agenda.
