Please note the following important information for Exhibitors:
The Exhibit Hall will be open for booth installation on Saturday, June 23 from 8:00AM–5:00PM and on Sunday, June 24 from 8:00AM–6:00PM.
The Exhibit Hall will be open to DIA 2018 attendees on the following days:

Search for "DIA Global" in your app store and login with the email you used to register for DIA 2018. Select "Reset Password" and a new password will be emailed to you.

Exhibit Hall Reminders |
|
|
- No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Exhibit Hall during installation, dismantle, or show hours.
- Promotional materials must be kept within the confines of your booth. Materials found distributed throughout the Convention Center will be discarded and a 50% reduction of booth selection points will be assessed.
- Wandering the Exhibit Hall distributing materials or recruiting attendees to stop by your booth is not permitted.
- There is no early teardown permitted. If you need to leave prior to show close, you may contract with Freeman to dismantle and ship your booth.
- It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables, including laptops, in your booth when unattended or during off hours.
- Badges are required for entrance into the Exhibit Hall. Please make sure you wear your badge at all times while in the Convention Center.
- Participants will incur a $25.00 fee for badge reprints. If you require a badge reprint, please visit the Cashier at Onsite Attendee Registration located just outside the Exhibit Hall. Identification will be required.
- Entrance to the Exhibit Hall is granted one hour prior to opening for exhibiting company personnel with the appropriate EXHIBITOR badge holder.

All participants, speakers, attendees, and exhibitors are expected to adhere to and promote the highest standards of professional conduct by:
- Demonstrating commitment to DIA's core values, mission, and membership community;
- Adhering to high standards of personal conduct;
- Exhibiting professional and ethical behavioral at all times by dealing fairly with DIA members and exhibitors;
- Establishing accountability and trust by communicating openly, being transparent about intent of actions at DIA Annual Meeting;
- Treating DIA members, exhibitors, and attendees as colleagues by demonstrating compassion and respecting the diversity DIA Annual Meeting strives to uphold;
- Striving to uphold DIA's commitment to diversity by providing a consistent global standard of protection from threats, harassment, and discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics that have no bearing on the outcome of the Annual Meeting.
Failure to uphold the DIA Global Annual Meeting Code of Conduct will result in consequences up to and including banishment from future DIA meetings and events.
