DIA will be offering a free webinar to assist with preparations regarding your exhibit. This webinar will cover information such as: move-in and set-up at McCormick Place (what is, and is not, permitted), labor rules and guidelines, review of the Exhibitor Service Manual and online Exhibitor Resource Center. If you have any questions or suggested topics, please email your questions to Jeff.Korn@DIAglobal.org. The exact date and time will be communicated in the coming weeks.

Exhibitor Invites Launches February 28 |

Launching soon! DIA is offering a free pre-meeting marketing tool, Exhibitor Invites. This program allows you to create your own customized email campaign to send your customers and prospects, offering valuable information about your company, and a chance to register at discounted rates. Exhibitors who made use of this program in 2016 had 80% more booth visitors than those who didn't.
Look for the launch email from Exhibitor Invites on Tuesday, February 28th!

If you have not already made your company's hotel reservations, we recommend doing this at your earliest convenience. Book by March 31, 2017 to qualify for Early Bird Rates at select properties. Housing availability is first come, first serve.

Please be aware that we have had reports of numerous unauthorized housing companies soliciting our exhibitors for hotels at the Annual Meeting. onPeak does not solicit by telephone. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using a non-official vendor.
