Call for Professional Posters | Deadline March 3

Posters Professional individuals from all fields related to the mission of DIA are invited to submit a poster to be displayed at the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, PA. The Professional Poster Program is an opportunity for you to present your research to a diverse group of scientific professionals who are actively involved in the discovery, development, and life cycle management of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and health care related products. Exhibitor Invites Email Campaign

Coming this February! Look for an email about our complimentary exhibitor marketing program: Exhibitor Invites. You will be getting an email announcing when Exhibitor Invites is ready for you to start inviting your customers and prospects to attend the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting, offering them valuable information about your company and a chance to register at discounted rates if they haven’t done so already.

Hotel Reservations | Early Bird Rates Expire Soon

If you have not already made your company’s hotel reservations, we recommend doing this at your earliest convenience. Book by February 29, 2016 to qualify for Early Bird Rates at select properties. Housing availability is first come, first serve.

onPeak is the official housing provider for the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting. Please be aware that we have had reports of a handful of unauthorized housing companies soliciting our exhibitors for hotels at the Annual Meeting. onPeak does not solicit by telephone. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using a non-official vendor.

Registration for Exhibit Personnel Open

You can now begin to register your exhibit personnel for the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting.

We strongly encourage registration through the Online Registration System as the system will let you know exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives – and allows you to go in and make replacements and other changes on your own. Only those listed as an exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Jeff or Jessica with any issues or questions.

The deadline to appear in the Advance Registration Attendee List is 5:00PM ET on Friday, May 20, 2016.

A reminder that DIA has a Marketing Free Zone in place an area surrounding the Pennsylvania Convention Center and nearby hotels. Please make sure your marketing and advertising teams are aware.

Authorized Vendor List

With any exhibition there are always multiple companies and individuals to deal with – from logistics to housing to marketing and furniture orders – and it’s often difficult to remember who to contact. To help you with this, we’ve created and Authorized Vendor List for your reference. This list provides the companies that DIA has contracted with for the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting. Please note as additional parties are brought on to handle various aspects of the show, the list will be updated.
