The Professional Poster Program is an opportunity for you to present your research to a diverse group of scientific professionals who are actively involved in the discovery, development, and life cycle management of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and health care related products. You will be getting an email announcing when Exhibitor Invites is ready for you to start inviting your customers and prospects to attend the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting, offering them valuable information about your company and a chance to register at discounted rates if they haven’t done so already. |

If you have not already made your company’s hotel reservations, we recommend doing this at your earliest convenience. Book by February 29, 2016 to qualify for Early Bird Rates at select properties. Housing availability is first come, first serve.

onPeak is the official housing provider for the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting. Please be aware that we have had reports of a handful of unauthorized housing companies soliciting our exhibitors for hotels at the Annual Meeting. onPeak does not solicit by telephone. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using a non-official vendor.

You can now begin to register your exhibit personnel for the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting.

We strongly encourage registration through the Online Registration System as the system will let you know exactly how many full-meeting and booth personnel badges your company receives – and allows you to go in and make replacements and other changes on your own. Only those listed as an exhibit contact will be able to use their user ID and password to access the online system. Please contact Jeff or Jessica with any issues or questions.
The deadline to appear in the Advance Registration Attendee List is 5:00PM ET on Friday, May 20, 2016.
