 Professional individuals from all fields related to the mission of DIA are invited to submit a poster to be displayed at DIA 2016. The Professional Poster Program is an opportunity for you to present your research to a diverse group of scientific professionals who are actively involved in the discovery, development, and life cycle management of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and health care related products. Exhibit Logistics Webinar | March 2016 |

 DIA will be offering a free webinar to assist with preparations regarding your exhibit. This webinar will cover information such as: move-in and set-up at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (what is, and is not, permitted); labor rules and guidelines; review of the Exhibitor Service Manual and online Exhibitor Resource Center. If you have not already made your company’s hotel reservations, we recommend doing so at your earliest convenience. Book by February 29 to qualify for Early Bird Rates at select properties. Housing availability is first come, first serve.

onPeak is the official housing provider for the DIA 2016 Annual Meeting. Please be aware that we have had reports of a handful of unauthorized housing companies soliciting our exhibitors for hotels at the Annual Meeting. onPeak does not solicit by telephone. DIA will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using a non-official vendor.
