Rejoined academia on Oct 2016 and is currently Assistant Professor at Rutgers University, Department of Health Informatics, Biopharma Education Initiative, School of Health Professions MS in Clinical Research Management. Dr. Jose is the Founder and President of Anidan Group Pte. Ltd, a Singapore based consultancy firm. She was formerly the Regional Head and Director for Global Clinical Site Management and Monitoring for Allergan in the Asia Pacific Region. She was also the former President and CEO of Research Strategies Inc, a dedicated site support service company; Clinical Adviser for CRF Health and a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians and Investigators.
