Practical strategies for implementing GDPR across the product development lifecycle. While sponsors are gaining experience in protecting individual privacy in Policy 0070 and Health Canada submissions, the CTIS and Eudamed databases will provide a public window to a sponsor’s entire product development lifecycle. New reidentification techniques can jeopardize existing practices in anonymization, while additional privacy regulations, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, will place new obligations on Sponsors. This session explores these challenges and discusses practical approaches to fulfilling the requirements of the GDPR and individual privacy protection.
