Conference App
Download the DIA Global App and navigate to the PVRMS 2023 event to view the agenda and speakers, network with attendees and other exhibitors, and get updates throughout the conference. Available for all Apple and Android products – just search “DIA Global” in your app store.
The DIA 2023 Conference Application will be released in mid-January.
Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval will be available through the DIA Global App provided by SwapCard. The Leads feature will allow your exhibit staff to scan an attendee’s badge, providing back their contact information, while allowing your staff to rate the quality of the lead and add any relevant notes.
Each booth includes one lead retrieval license. If you need more than one, please contact Jeanne Boone to purchase additional licenses at $250 each.
Promote your Presence
We welcome you to promote your attendance on your website, monthly newsletters, events pages, and email signatures with the branded meeting banner found here: 300 x 100px or 1200 x 628px. Exhibitor Directory Listing and Staff Registrations
Part of the materials provided to all meeting participants will be an exhibitor directory including a brief company summary. Please login to the online Manage My Exhibits portal on the DIA website and complete the Directory Listing by Tuesday, January 10.You may also register the personnel included with your booth through Manage My Exhibits if they have not already been registered.
Booths include one complimentary full meeting registration – if you are planning on sending additional staff, they would need to register as attendees. If your staff needs a hotel room, please be sure to book rooms through the DIA block at the Bethesda North Marriott. More information can be found on our website.
